We are implementing a new trash service at all James St properties. This service will begin on next Tuesday, June 2, 2025.
The cost will be added to your invoices. This is a non-negotiable expense.
The new trash service will provide weekly trash pickup. They will be delivering new bins this Thursday, May 29. Here is a list of Tips and Reminders from Waste Management.
