- Rent-to-income ratio of 3:1
- Criminal background history free of charges related to domestic violence or a minor.

If a property is available and your credit application is accepted, you will receive an email notification within 2-3 business days with further details. At this time, you can sign a lease and pay a deposit, which will be the same amount as your monthly rent.
