Each unit or house has central air-conditioning/heating and laundry hookups. We are pet-friendly, and have parking spaces for each unit. If a unit is ready, you can put down a deposit to hold it within the month. Security Deposits are the same amount as rent, and need to be paid with a separate form of payment.

RENT/CREDIT REQUIREMENTS
- $45 non-refundable application fee (paid to Turbo Tenant)
- Credit score of 500 or higher
- Rent-to-income ratio of 3:1
- Criminal background free of charges related to domestic violence or a minor
PETS
- We accept a maximum of two pets, each up to 50 lbs.
- $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet
