If you are facing a life- or safety-threatening emergency, call 911 as soon as possible. A maintenance emergency is something that threatens the health and safety of you or others. After you have communicated with the emergency department, let us know what’s going on as soon as safely possible.
Please call our emergency maintenance line 850–832–3041 at any time for the following issues:
- No Air Conditioning (AC) or Heating: Complete AC failure during temperatures above 85°F or heating failure during temperatures below 55°F is considered an emergency. Contact us for immediate assistance.
- Fire: If you suspect or experience a fire, please call 911 first. Your safety is our top priority.
- Severe Leaks: Significant water leaks that may cause immediate damage to your apartment or the property require immediate attention. Please reach out to us promptly.
- Front Door Locks: Broken or malfunctioning front door locks should be reported to the emergency maintenance line.
For all other maintenance requests, such as minor leaks or non-essential repairs, please report them during our regular business hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. For regular lockouts outside of business hours, please contact a professional locksmith for assistance.
